Prescott, Arizona
is known as one of the nation's top towns for recovery.
It is ideally situated in the Bradshaw Mountains about two hours from Phoenix. This mile high community is located amid tall pines and boasts spectacular views.
It has the best of both worlds—the dry, warm climate of the desert and the cool lofty atmosphere of the mountains.
Chapter 5 has three locations in Prescott. We have two Recovery Homes on West Gurley Street, the main road through town, one for men and one for women, and one Transitional Living Facility on Glenwood Avenue. Many of our Guests who want to ensure they reach a one year milestone of sober living choose to extend their stay with Chapter 5 by making a commitment to our Transitional Living Facility that we call "The Next Chapter". This facility offers more privacy and fewer restrictions and a program of "giving back" what the Guest has learned in his first six months to newcomers. 3-month and 6-month leases are available.
Cottonwood, Arizona lies in the heart of the Verde Valley about one hour northeast of Prescott. Considered the gateway to the breathtaking red rocks of Sedona, a charming and relaxed atmosphere pervades this area. Chapter 5 has one Recovery Home on South 8th Street in Cottonwood.
